Konrad Schmid is Professor for Hebrew Bible and Ancient Judaism at the University of Zurich. Amongst many others, his research interests lie in the fields of the history of theology and literature in the Hebrew Bible, as well as their ancient contexts. He is the author of, i.a., "The Making of the Bible" (Harvard University Press, 2021) and "A Historical Theology of the Hebrew Bible" (Eerdmans, 2019).
